this is as good as em, frankly.. i could say this one is better.
Resep / Recipe :
- 2 Dory fish / Ikan dori fillet
- Salt and pepper ( secukupnya )
Adonan tepung basah ( sisihkan sedikit yg kering utk dusting )
- 300 grams tepung terigu
- 2 sdt baking powder
- 1 sdt baking soda
- 250 ml air soda WAJIB DINGIN ( jgn tuang langsung semuanya )
- 1 sdt paprika powder
- 1 sdt onion powder
- 1 sdt garlic powder
- 1 sdt garam
